Order Processing Times

Our team strive to process orders for shipment on the same day they were placed. Orders made Monday-Friday by 4PM can typically expect their order to be sent out on that same day.

In rare instances, there may be a 1-3 day lead time. These instances can include:

  • A product on back order.
  • A custom product (specific paint, etc...)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary on a multitude of factors including:

  • Customer location
  • Weight of package
  • Amount spent on order

Returns, Changes and Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted but on a product-to-product basis. Some items are not valid for return, such as custom paints. Please be sure to read the product details to ensure if said product is eligible for return.
  • Order adjustments are allowed provided that the package has not already been processed and sent out for shipment. Calling our facility would be the best chance to get your order adjusted in time.
  • The procedure for order cancellations will be similar to that of order adjustments. As long as the cancellation request is in time, we will honor the request.

Potential Service Interruptions

There can often be delayed shipping times caused by factors that are most often out of our control. When these things happen, it is understandably frustrating for both the customer as well as for ourselves. We ask that you remain patient while we try and ensure the delivery of your package, and understand that occasionally there are matters out of our control once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
