Return Eligibility

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and seals intact.

Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, please email autocolorict@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds & Processing

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the return. You will receive an email notification once processing is complete.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less applicable fees.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Bent, dented, or damaged cans

  • Custom-mixed or custom-matched paints

  • Hazardous materials (including paint products once shipped)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at autocolorict@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist with a resolution.
