Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
AutoColorOnline allows customers to use Facebook Login to access their store accounts. Information received through Facebook Login may include your name, email address, public profile information, and Facebook user identifier.
Request deletion of your Facebook Login data
To request deletion:
- Email Info@AutoColorOnline.com.
- Use the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your AutoColorOnline account.
- Do not send your Facebook password or other account passwords.
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, AutoColorOnline will delete the data received through Facebook Login and disconnect Facebook from your store account. Requests will normally be processed within 30 days.
Remove AutoColorOnline from Facebook
You can also remove the app through Facebook:
- Sign in to Facebook.
- Open Settings & Privacy, then select Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find AutoColorOnline in your list of connected apps.
- Select Remove.
Removing the app prevents future access through Facebook Login. To ensure data already received by AutoColorOnline is deleted, submit the email request described above.
Information that may be retained
Deleting Facebook Login data does not necessarily delete records associated with completed purchases. AutoColorOnline may retain order, payment, tax, shipping, fraud-prevention, or customer-service records when required or permitted by law. Any retained information will no longer be used for Facebook Login.
