Spray Setup
- Gun type: HVLP or conventional spray gun
- Fluid tip: 1.3–1.4 mm
- Air pressure at gun: 8–10 psi (HVLP) / 45–55 psi (conventional)
- Application: 2 medium-wet coats
Additional Technical Information
- Shelf Life (unmixed): 2 years from date of manufacture when stored at 65–80 °F (18–27 °C)
- System Compatibility: For use over properly prepared OEM finishes, sealers, and basecoats within the Omni product system
- Always select hardener based on shop temperature and panel size. Use MH167 in cool conditions, MH168 in moderate conditions, and MH169 in hot or large-panel situations.
