Kapci is a professional-grade, solvent-based automotive basecoat formulated for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Each color is mixed to the selected paint code and reduced ahead of time with the appropriate Kapci thinner, providing a convenient ready-to-spray product with no additional reducer required.
The Kapci 670 system supports solid, metallic, pearl, and special-effect colors. It offers fast drying, strong coverage, consistent color development, and excellent durability when finished with a compatible automotive clearcoat.

Application
Apply over properly prepared primer, sealer, or a sound existing finish. Final-sand the surface with P500 dry or P1000 wet sandpaper and clean it thoroughly before spraying.
Recommended spray-gun tip: 1.2-1.3 mm
HVLP inlet pressure: approximately 26-29 PSI
Apply two normal coats
Apply a final mist/control coat for metallic and pearl colors
Flash time between coats: 3-4 minutes
Flash before clearcoat: 10-15 minutes for standard basecoat colors
Recommended dry-film thickness: 15-20 microns
Stir or shake the paint thoroughly and strain it before loading the spray gun.
Important Information
This is a basecoat color and will dry to a matte or low-gloss appearance. A compatible automotive clearcoat is required to produce gloss, durability, and weather protection.
Some pearl and special-effect paint codes use a three-stage system requiring a separate ground coat and translucent midcoat. These components must be ordered and applied as specified for the selected color.
Always spray a test panel and verify the color before painting the vehicle. Actual color can vary because of factory variants, previous repairs, application technique, ground-coat color, and the number of coats applied. Custom-mixed paint is not returnable once produced.
